S.M.A.R.T Leadership Team Focused on Service Excellence
S.M.A.R.T has held its fourth annual leadership team conference in Brisbane.
This year the conference, with the theme, Edge of Tomorrow, was held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, which is the G20 venue where world leaders will convene in September.
The Customer Care team participated in the event for the first time. Their presence reflected S.M.A.R.T’s success in the ABA awards, winning the 2014 Australian Business Award for Service Excellence.
The award win was announced by Capital S.M.A.R.T Chief Executive Officer, Norman Moss, at the Gala dinner which was attended by 140 team members.
Mr Moss said that having the Customer Care team together with the Leadership teams at the conference was an important acknowledgement of the work that had been done in achieving high levels of overall customer satisfaction.
“We are constantly striving for excellence, and with close to nine out of ten customers reporting a high level of satisfaction, we believe our teams constantly go the extra “1%er” to deliver for our customers.” Mr Moss said.
A special award was presented to the Founder of S.M.A.R.T, Jim Vais in recognition of the business success having secured three consecutive annual awards from the ABA for Service Excellence (2014), Innovation (2013) and Environmental Sustainability (2012).
The business held presentations at all twenty five repair centres around Australia on the Monday following the Conference to celebrate the ABA award and recognise the efforts of everyone in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all facets of the vehicle repair process.
