A Customer Care Advisor will call to inform you when your vehicle is ready and for your convenience will arrange a Taxi with you to collect your vehicle.

On arrival you will walk into reception where our Customer Care team will finalise details of your repair and provide the Insurers Life Time Guarantee on those repairs and request sight of your photo ID prior to handing over your vehicle.
